patterns and rhythms. (it's different this time, pt. 1)

it's different this time.  

there's a natural rhythm to this song, 

a cadence that feels manageable combined with a fresh melody.  

it's an almost comically familiar sense of deja vu...to an extent. patterns that remain, cycles continued, routines that had been lying dormant for a few years resurfacing and blowing their own dust off.  

each pattern has a new taste, though. some of these things might even start feeling normal. who knows, maybe this could work. 

 

it's been one week.  

it's different this time;

but it's the same in ways that it should be. and hopefully different in the places i was supposed to grow into.
